How do I start a Fire2 trial?
Create an account, go to Downloads, and install the macOS build. Trials are 30 days with full access.
What tiers exist and how many devices can I activate?
Solo/Studio allow up to 2 devices; Label allows up to 5. Pricing: Perpetual 79/149/249 EUR; subscriptions 8/16/30 EUR per month or 80/160/300 EUR per year.
Does Fire2 validate DDP or ISOs?
Yes. Studio and Label tiers include ISO/DDP validation plus checksum/MD5 verification before delivery.
Can I use Fire2 offline?
Yes. After activation, Fire2 is designed to support offline sessions.
Is billing VAT-free?
Billing is in EUR via Stripe. Under §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmer), invoices display no VAT ("Kein Ausweis der Umsatzsteuer").
Where is data hosted?
Production services run in Germany (Strato). User, shop, and licensing data stay on German servers; GDPR applies.
