Fire2 Mastering Delivery Checklist

Use this checklist to ship error-free masters with Fire2 from first import to final handoff.

1. Prep & ingest - Import masters/stems; confirm sample rate/bit depth; label versions.
2. Run analyzers - Loudness, peaks, headroom, phase/polarity; note any clip or DC issues.
3. Checksum & integrity - Generate/verify MD5 for all deliverables; log results.
4. ISO/DDP validation (Studio/Label) - Validate disc images/DDP sets; confirm TOC and track order.
5. Metadata sanity - Spot-check label copy, ISRCs, UPC/EAN, and sequencing before export.
6. Reports - Export delivery/QC report PDFs for clients/labels; attach checksum logs.
7. Archive - Package audio, reports, and logs; store in project workspace for recall.
8. Handoff - Share download link to clients/labels; remind about checksum/MD5 verification.
9. License housekeeping - Keep activations tidy and remove old machines when seats are full.
